CANCELLATION POLICY
To keep things running smoothly, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations or reschedules made less than 12 hours in advance will be charged 100% of the service amount to the card on file. To ensure every client has access to their preferred time, frequent rescheduling (even outside the 24-hour window) may require a non-refundable deposit to secure future bookings.
